Having had experience with other realotors in the past, we were paritcularly impressed with the efficiency of Zoia's work. She did not waste our time providing us with long print-outs of doubtfully suitable properties or taking us to dozens of irrelevant homes with which she was totally unfamiliar.

On the contrary, Zoia listened very carefully to our explanations of what we were looking for and limited visits tu just a few homes which fulfilled nearly all our specifications. When the "right" property came onto the market, Zoia advised us immediately so that we were able to be among the first to see it.

During the negotiating phase of the purchase, Zoia seemed to work full time for us. She was always available at any time of the day - and sometimes qiute late at night - to give us her advice and assist with the paperwork. A very pleasant and open personality, Zoia made us feel we were her friends and that we could count on her at every stage, and we did.

And Zoia's help with our move did not end with the purchase of our home. She has provided conituing support. An "after-service" way beyond the dall of duty which has included finding us a painter, a carpenter, a cleaning person.. , advising us on decoration and more.

All of this is much appreciated and we would like to thank her for it and congratulate the company which employs her.

Zoia represented me on both the sale and purchase, and I must tell you that she is the most professional, knowledgeable and pleasant real estate sales representative I have ever met.

On the sale , Zoia left no stone unturned and made sure my home was presented on the internet, the open house and for viewings in the best possible light. Zoia took the extra time, effort and expense in making sure that my everything was perfect from rearranging furniture to accessorizing with fresh flowers and plants that she scoured the city for until she found the ones that met her exacting standards. The listing and internet photographs as well as the virtual tour choreographed by Zoia represented my home perfectly and resulted in immediate attention and a sale in 3 days from listing at full price!

Zoia worked with me for 1 ½ years to found the perfect house with patience and expertise. She knows every neighborhood in the city with precise detail. On the purchase, negotiations were difficult and cumbersome with a difficult vendor. In fact the purchase required five offers and took 1 month to complete! The final accepted agreement was done during a blinding snowstorm which never deterred Zoia. She took charge of matters and secured me the house of my dreams at a price below market value.

What better real estate agent is there than Zoia? She represented me on the sale of my home for maximum value and found me the perfect home to purchase at a price below market !!!
